We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. - Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Payment & Refund Policy: - We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments. - Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. - No refunds for services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve any issues. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 25% of the cost of the service.
